Installation Instructions

How to Use

1. Plan your pond design, size, and shape and estimate how much liner you will need to cover the area. Leave enough overlap for anchoring and to allow for water level fluctuations.
2. Prepare the site by removing any sharp objects, debris, and stones from the pond's base and sides that could potentially damage the liner.
3. Place a protective underlay, such as sand or padding, evenly over the pond's base and sides to minimise the risk of puncture.
4. Roll out the PVC Aqualiner and drape it over the hole, ensuring it settles down into the base and up the sides of the pond. Make sure you have enough overlap and adjust as necessary.
5. Fill the pond with water, allowing the liner to conform to the shape of the hole.
6. Press out any folds or creases in the liner to prevent them from trapping air.
7. An anchor or secure the overlapped edges with rocks, soil or other landscaping materials.
8. Trim off any excess liner, leaving a small border to account for any fluctuations in water levels.
